These demonstration terms describe the intended marketplace behaviour. They are not a substitute for production legal terms.
Accurate information
Users should provide truthful account, job, quote, business and licence information and keep it current.
Independent service providers
Tradesmen are independent businesses. Homeowners remain responsible for checking that a provider and quote suit the specific work.
Platform workflow
Quotes may be accepted only while a job is open. Acceptance assigns one tradesman and declines the remaining quotes. A completed job records the transaction and a homeowner review.
Fees
The demo records homeowner listing fees and a tradesman service fee using the rates shown in the product. It does not process real payments.
Respectful use
Do not post unsafe, illegal, misleading or abusive content, misuse another person’s information, or attempt to bypass account and job permissions.
No emergency use
The marketplace is not an emergency service and should not be relied on where immediate safety, medical, fire, police or utility assistance is required.
